Bought it, tried it, didn’t love it? Send it back. If you’re not totally obsessed with your BiteBeauty.com purchase, return or exchange it free (no return shipping or handling fees) within 60 days of purchase. We’ll process your return as soon as we receive it for the purchase amount minus the original shipping charges. Please note it may take up to 10 business days for the credit to appear on your account.

– When you return your purchase to BiteBeauty.com by mail within 60 days of the purchase date, you will receive a full refund to your original payment method for the price of the item(s).

– Unfortunately, we can’t accept returns or issue refunds after 60 days.

We do not have any Return/ Exchange policy.
Although, if you have received any Damaged / Missing / Wrong article, then your order is eligible for returns/exchange only if the same product is available and all conditions as mentioned in this policy are met.
Also, to claim for returns/exchange, an unboxing video is a must without any stop. The unboxing video should show the packed courier parcel in a 360 degree view.  If you find any damage or any other issue, you must show it clearly in the video. The video should be submitted to us within 24 hours of receiving the packet. If the complaint is raised after 24 hours of receiving the packet because of any reasons, the complaint will not be entertained.

Unfortunately, we can’t offer merchandise exchanges on orders shipped internationally. Only credit back to the original form of payment is available.

In special cases, if you’re returning a purchase, you may be eligible for a refund of a portion or all of the duties and taxes from your local customs office.
