Returns and Cancellations

We do not have any Return/ Exchange policy. Although, if you have received any Damaged / Missing / Wrong article, then your order is eligible for returns/exchange only if the same product is available and all conditions as mentioned in this policy are met.
Also, to claim for returns/exchange, an unboxing video is a must without any stop. The unboxing video should show the packed courier parcel in a 360 degree view. If you find any damage or any other issue, you must show it clearly in the video. The video should be submitted to us within 24 hours of receiving the packet. If the complaint is raised after 24 hours of receiving the packet because of any reasons, the complaint will not be entertained.
